The water of Zamzam, considered sacred for worship, is believed to have come from a miraculous source designated by Allah for the benefit of Prophet Isma’il and his mother Hajar. It is said that their descendants, who settled in that area, also drank from it. The question of whether they also urinated seems irrelevant. The sanctity of Zamzam lies not in its natural properties, but in its miraculous origin and the purpose it served in nourishing a prophet and his entire tribe. Thus, the focus should be on the significance of this water for religious and historical reasons rather than mundane concerns.
