يعتبر العيب الاساسي لدواء (anfree flupentixol +melitracen ) هو اثاره الجانبيه التي يسببها مثل (خلل الحركه, وتعذر الجلوس ,والحركات اللاراديه ,وتصلب الاطراف والوجه ,وايضا يسبب النعاس وجفاف الفم ).
