قانون 123 لسنة 1981 بشأن ضباط الشرف وضباط الصف والجنود بالقوات المسلحة .
المادة 115 والتى تنص على
تنتهي خدمة العسكري اذا ثبت عدم لياقته طبيا للاستمرار في الخدمة العسكرية وفي هذه الحالة يجوز نقل المتطوع من ذوي الراتب العالى الى الاحتياط اذا كان لائقا صحيا للخدمة بالاحتياط وذلك للمدة المتبقية من خدمته العسكرية الملزم بتأديتها .
Law 123 of 1981 regarding officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers in the armed forces states that military service can be terminated if a member is found medically unfit to continue. In such cases, the volunteer can be transferred to the reserves if deemed fit for reserve duty for the remaining period of their mandatory military service. This allows for those with high salaries to transition to a different military role if they are medically unable to continue their current duties.
