كان الشرك ظلما عظيما على ضوء ما نفهمه من تفسير قوله تعالى:
{وَإِذْ قَالَ لُقْمَانُ لِابْنِهِ وَهُوَ يَعِظُهُ يَا بُنَيَّ لَا تُشْرِكْ بِاللَّهِ إِنَّ الشِّرْكَ لَظُلْمٌ عَظِيمٌ} (لقمان،13)
و سبب ذلك هو :
الإنتقاص من صفات و كمال الله عز وجل و تشبيهه بالمخلوقات و جعله سواء مع المخلوقات الضعيفة في صفات الربوبية و الألوهية
فالله سبحانه وتعالى ليس كمثله شئ و هو الواحد الأحد الفرد الصمد المستحق للعبادة دون شريك له
The injustice of associating partners with Allah is highlighted in the Qur’anic verse {And [mention] when Luqman said to his son while he was instructing him, “O my son, do not associate [anything] with Allah. Indeed, association [with him] is great injustice”} (Luqman, 13). This injustice stems from diminishing the attributes and perfection of Allah by likening Him to created beings and making Him equal to weak creatures in terms of lordship and divinity. Allah is incomparable, unique, eternal, and deserving of worship without any partners.
