Babour Beldia is a rural family located in the Babour district in the north of Setif province in the Small Kabylie region of Algeria. The inhabitants are predominantly Amazigh, with roots tracing back to the Amazigh culture and speaking the Kabyle dialect. There is a small population of Arabs in the south of the region. Babour Beldia is a remote community with a strong Amazigh identity and language.
