يتغير رقم الاقامة اذا قام العامل بخروج نهائى من البلدة واجراءات نقل كفالة فسيتغير رقم الاقامة اما اذا لم يتم الخروج من البلدة نهائيا فلم يتغير رقم الاقامة .
The residence number changes if the worker leaves the country permanently and transfers sponsorship. However, if they do not leave the country permanently, the residence number remains unchanged.
