هذا غير صحيح، الشاعر فاضل أصفر هو سوري و لا علاقة له بالكويت، و لم يشغل أي منصب سوى مدرس في ثانوية، و هو حاصل على شهادة جامعية في اللغة العربية و ليس لديه شهادة دكتوراة.
The poet Fadel Asfar is Syrian, not Kuwaiti, and he only worked as a teacher in a secondary school, holding a university degree in Arabic language and not a Ph.D.
