Health conditions for the operational plan

The Saudi Ministry of Education, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, has adopted all the conditions that must be met in order to make the educational process successful in the current period, due to the exceptional health situation in the Kingdom and all over the world due to the constantly renewed Corona pandemic, and the health conditions within the operational plan were as follows:

• Relying on the attendance system at all educational levels, starting from the academic year 1444 AH, whereby all students and teachers must adhere to the specified date starting from 21 / Muharram / 1444 AH, and adhere to all health conditions during the national return to educational facilities.
• Emphasis on receiving the two doses of the Corona virus vaccine approved by the Saudi Ministry of Health, provided that this dose was completed before August / 2023 AD, and adherence to the health standards imposed by the Ministry of Health in light of the Corona pandemic, through the use of the “Space, We Trust” application.
• Emphasizing not to move between educational facilities, whether at the level of schools or universities in all sectors, without receiving two doses of the Corona virus, i.e. approving the vaccination certificate in all academic operations and procedures that take place inside the Kingdom.
• Emphasis on the attendance back to schools on the part of students at the primary level, as approved and announced by the Ministry of Health and the Saudi Ministry of Education.
• Commitment to health safety at the level of administrative and teaching cadres and students within educational facilities, by following the criteria for attendance return in all educational institutions, and giving the school or university management the absolute authority to determine the return mechanism in accordance with health conditions.
• Coordinating with all health cadres recognized by the Saudi Ministry of Health for the follow-up and monitoring process on all educational institutions and emphasizing the application of all announced health conditions in order to ensure public health and safety to all cadres and bodies.

• Reviewing and evaluating students’ performance periodically and continuously, discussing them and feeding their ideas with constructive matters, adopting the final evaluation of their performance, and ensuring that they are in line with the regulations and instructions tables.
• Protecting the school community from all matters that lead to intellectual violations or weak national commitment in a way that contravenes the principle of moderation.
• Striving, through the tight operational plan, to translate the concept of excellence and quality in the school into practical and clear-cut applications.
• Fully engage in the process of improving teaching and learning in all school lessons, and follow up on that process.
• Organizing programs that directly support professional development in the school to implement its plans.
• Embodying the concept of learning outcomes in his accurate professional performance.
