Nalgesic is used as a pain reliever, anti-inflammatory, and fever reducer. It belongs to the NSAID group and contains the active ingredient fenobrufen. This ingredient is less effective as an anti-inflammatory compared to ibuprofen, indomethacin, ketoprofen, and naproxen, but more effective than aspirin and equally effective as ibuprofen. Nalgesic has pain-relieving and fever-reducing properties and is used for mild to moderate pain management, inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.
