Allah has created us and favored us over all of His creation. He has honored us and carried us on land and sea. Allah has created us in the best form and has said: “Indeed, We have created man in the best stature.” It is not our duty to deform the creation of Allah, as our bodies are not ours to do with as we please, but rather a trust from Him. We must fulfill this trust by taking care of ourselves and our bodies, and fear Allah in all that we do.
