يستخدم محلول خلات الرصاص Lead subacetate كغسول موضعي للبواسير حيث تبلل قطنة او قطعة شاش بالمحلول وتوضع علي موضع الألم ثلاث مرات في اليوم حيث يعمل علي تقليل التورم وتخفيف الألم الشديد والمزعج وتقليل الإحمرار والتهيج.
Lead subacetate solution is used as a topical wash for hemorrhoids. A cotton ball or gauze is soaked in the solution and applied to the affected area three times a day. It helps reduce swelling, alleviate severe pain, and decrease redness and irritation.
